Just received it open it up not satisfied zipper was hard to un zip turn it upside down rubber look like it coming apart another area not sewed not good I will be returning it
Handles
The handles on the luggage wouldn’t come all the way up! Quite uncomfortable to push the luggage at the height they came to.
Sturdy and hard-working suitcase!
I was moving out of the country and needed another suitcase so when this one came up, I was super excited. I love the color yellow, and that’s the color I picked. It came just in time For me to pack. It was so lightweight. I wasn’t sure if it was stand up to the Task. I filled it just under the airplane max at 49 1/2 pounds. It took it like a champ! No problems with the zipper coming apart. No problems with it breaking in anyway. When I picked it up, it was easy to spot because of the color. Nobody else had a yellow suitcase.! 😁 sturdy and hard-working suitcase!

Little bags are made of garbage material.
The actual suitcases are very attractive and they seem ok. I’m afraid they might last long, but we don’t travel too much, so they might hold up. The little bags, if I was the manufacturer or designer, I would be very ashamed of myself. They are garbage. I do recommend the big bags, but not if you do a lot of traveling.
Kensie luggage
I did not like my kensie luggage. I noticed that the rollers are not very good. I almost tripped on my luggage when I was in the airport going to Korea. Can I exchange it for a different brand. I understand I can return it in the store
