Damaged Upon Arrival

Damaged when arrived. Just like other reviews, the upper corner had a significant dent. If this luggage can’t even survive shipping in a box, it has no chance surviving in the airports. Returned the set the same day it arrived.

Poor

I wish I could return this luggage. The charger does not work and my wheel is cracked. On top of that my straps are broke.

So far so good!

I just recieved it. Will be traveling with it next week. I’ll see how it holds up. Seems sturdy and was delivered without damage.

Nice luggage set, looks high quality and color. Since I haven't used it yet, can't really comment about durability but can't wait to pack for vacay

the worst

I had use once the carry on and the handle broke up . I haven’t use the other 2. And I will not. I don’t recommend to buy this set.

Most Horrible Experience

Insulting that Macy never shipped my order then asked for a review after waiting 9 more days just to be disappointed with no Christmas gift. The reps don’t sound American therefore don’t sympathize with our pain of reporting my gift never left the warehouse. I called multiple days to say I got a tracking email but UPS says there never received the item to ship.
