Terrible

Handle broke after a few uses. Purchased a month ago for back to school and already broken . ""Warranty"" requires I pay to ship it for repairs and go without it for up to 6 weeks. Will not purchase Jansport again. .

Handle ripped off

Handle ripped off on 2nd day of school. Jansport stood by their warranty. That is a bonus. Credited for the entire purchase price.
