The clicker for down Sizing the bag doesn’t work

I don’t mind paying for the best. But one of the new bags down sizing doesn’t work on day one. We are in South East Asia now and Spain in July and wish there was a phone number for customer help, just this endless loops for FIY??? I really wish there was a chat or phone to make this right. I know there Are warranty for life, but day one You do t know till you pack the back before your travels.

I got one too!

This is my second med expandable because my wife loves hers so I got one! Perfect for extended stays. Just came back from 11 days and had all kinds of room. The expansion really gives you that extra space for purchases.

Quality product
