Unacceptable delivery
The delivery was disgraceful. It came in a Chewy cardboard box all taped together. On point was the delivery company.
Good product
Comfortable and fit perfectly.

Great Quality at a Reasonable Price
Macy's comes through again with a quality product at a reasonable price. Macy's is my go to for all my linens.
Never received it!
I can't comment on the product cause I never received it. I went into the store and paid for it and was suppose to pick it up at the store. Later that day I received a text saying that I can't pick it up at the store but that they will send it to me free of charge. After waiting over a week and getting emails saying it's out for delivery I finally called and they said "oh it was returned and now it's out of stock". So I never received it!
I hate it
The fabric on the sides is very week and got cut from different parts. The mattress pad runs small. It does cover the mattress, but to put it in on is a torturous hassle and a curse! I absolutely hate it!
Nice product
This is a quality mattress cover, & very comfortable. I'm totally happy with it.
Just the Mattress Pad I Was Looking For
I needed a replacement waterproof mattress pad, but I wasn't looking for one with a filling, but that was all our local store had. As it turns out, the padded version makes an older mattress much more comfortable, and it works exactly as advertised. The workmanship is first rate (made in US), and the fit is just right for the queen mattress.Well worth purchasing.

Soft Feel But Quality Could Be Better
So I tried this waterproof mattress pad and honestly, I’m kind of on the fence about it. The main thing that stood out right away was the quality. It just feels a bit cheap, especially the mesh on the sides. It seems like it could rip pretty easily if you’re not careful when putting it on or taking it off. I also washed it before using it, and drying it was kind of a pain. It took around 2.5 hours, and even then there were still a few damp spots, which was a little frustrating. I haven’t really tested how waterproof it is yet, so I can’t speak to that part. But I will say, it does have a slightly plush feel on top, which is nice and makes it a bit more comfortable than I expected. Overall, I’d say it’s okay, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend it unless you just need something basic and don’t mind the quality trade-offs.
