Macy's Online Order

I placed an online order for three items. I did not receive all of the items in the order. I was told when I picked up the order to call Customer Service for a refund. Today is the third time in almost three weeks that I have called Customer Service to resolve this issue. I was told today that the issue would be reviewed and that it may take up to 10 days to receive a refund.

Padding is very soft and comfortable

The pad has polyestser stuffing in it which contributes to it softness. It has a wateproof backing so sweat will not get in the matress. It fits a queen matress well, no coming up short to cover the matress.
