Favorite Dress Shoes

These are the 4th and 5th pair of these respectively. I bought a pair of them and loved them. I love the “cloth” exterior - have always hated a leather shoe. When they started to wear out I purchased 2 more pairs when they were on sale. My 3rd pair is on its last legs so I needed to get replacements in case they stop selling them ever.

Comfortable and stylish shoes. I have used them to stand in for long periods of time and even once used for dancing. My feet didn't hurt and the finish still looks great even after use.

Terrible Service

I went to the Macy’s story in person to buy these shoes because I needed them for work. Macy’s did not have my size in the store so I was encouraged to order online. I said I needed them for work because my previous health had fallen off and was told that it would only be 3-5 business days. It has now been almost 2 weeks and I still have not received them. I did receive an email asking how I was enjoying the product though. I tried using the online chat feature because the website said it would be the most efficient option. (It was not mobile friendly) so I ended up not being able to finish because of glitchiness. I called the support number and was told the email was sent early. I was told the new expected delivery date is tomorrow and the 3-5 business days I was told in the store is actually based off of when the item was shipped and the item didn’t ship for numerous days after I placed the order. If any of this was communicated to me I would have found a different option or gone back to the store when they had my size because I am sure they had a shipment sooner than 2 weeks later. This process did not have my best interest in mind.
