    • Fry pan has a helper handle to easily maneuver the pan and transfer it from stovetop to oven or serving dish. The two pour spouts on the sides of the pan helps drain excess liquids or pour out sauces.
    • The dutch oven vapor seal lid has no vent and retains all the nutrients, vitamins, moisture, and taste while cooking. The condensation bumps underneath the lid help create a self-basting effect, promoting waterless and energy efficient cooking.
    • Compatible with induction, electric, gas, halogen, and vitro-ceramic. Cast iron ensures even heat distribution and retention for energy efficient cooking. Oven safe up to 535 Deg F.
    • Allow it to cool before washing, use a sponge or nylon scrubbing pad to remove food residue and stains, wash with warm water and mild soap and avoid abrasive materials or harsh detergents.

Aesthetic and performance in one!

I love this cast iron. It is so versatile. It is perfect match with my kitchen. I can cook different dishes in there and bake too. The meat is fantastic there. It is super easy to wash and the food turn out so quality in taste. It is not very heavy and it is quickly heats.

A MUST for every kitchen!!!

GREAT colors, easy to clean, and it's versatile. I've used it on the stovetop AND in the oven; it's become my favorite pot to make chicken & yellow rice in. Did I mention how EASY it is to clean?!?! I'll definitely be checking out the rest of the BergHOFF line.

Beautiful and well-made

Absolutely beautiful piece of cookware. I’ve looked at numerous brands when it comes to Dutch ovens and this one is perfect if you’re wanting something high quality yet affordable. The color and enamel finish is just gorgeous, and it feels very sturdy and well-made. Easy to clean and heats up evenly. The oval shape fits well on the stove if you have a large single burner. It’s the perfect size for roasting a small chicken.

Very versatile

I really like this BergHOFF cast iron oval Dutch oven. It’s very versatile. I have fried chicken, made rice and soup in this cookware. Without the cover it’s oven safe to 600° It’s very sturdy and I love the color!!

Not only a great color - also a great Dutch oven !

This has been the perfect size for the two of us. It heats evenly, things aren’t sticking to it and it didn’t need to be preseasoned ! I was especially impressed at how easy it was to clean. The food came off easily /‘d because it isn’t porous it didn’t soak up the red from the soup in the picture. No stains, no sticking. Seriously the quickest cleanup compared to so much of my cookware! I just used a mild soap and a sponge and all the food came right off. Be sure you hand wash this to keep it beautiful. Don’t use anything that would be abrasive for scrubbing (honestly, you won’t need to). Another perk - rhe handles and lid handle didn’t get so hot that I couldn’t touch them. I’ve noticed with some they get so hot you can burn yourself- not this one. I see us using this for things we want to go stovetop to oven. I’m looking forward to making some bread in it too! Perfect for 2 people!
