Liquid dispensing clogs after approximately one yr

This product has an inherent problem with the liquid dispensing system, for which there is no way to correct it. After approximately one year of use, it will clog. None of the manufacturer's suggested methods corrects the problem. Your only choice is to scrap the unit. My opinion is that this is a design flaw. Other than this problem, this is a great product.

I’m Old and This Is Easy

I love this product. I have always cleaned my hardwood floors on my hands and knees, but I am just too old to do that anymore. So after a lot of research, I decided to purchase the Spinwave. It does a really good job of getting the dirt up and giving the floor a polished look. It is easy to use. I wish the battery charge lasted longer, but knew when I purchased it that 20 minutes was the length of use before needing a recharge and that it takes approximately 4 hours for a full charge. That being said, I definitely love how nicely it cleans my floor and makes my life easier. I would buy this product again.

Good machine for a small area

The machine is great but my complaint is with the battery. I charged it the day before and only last 20 min. Not enough to do a deep clean.

SpinWave cordless hard floor spin mop

At first I thought I would just use a manual old fashioned regular mop to do my floors but then when I discovered Bissell SpinWave it was a less messy job using this awesome cordless spin mop with washable pads. it is so perfect I've used others and I had one that got out of control while spinning when using it and I had a hard time shutting it off when that happened. The Bissell SpinWave has the perfect spin speed on them I totally recommend and you can't go wrong with Bissell for many reasons

It leaves streaks but cleans pretty well for normal sized areas. Battery charge could last longer.

Best housewarming gift in the cleaning department

I received the Bissell spin wave floor cleaner in September 2025 as a gift. This floor cleaner is outstanding! It doesn’t take up a lot of space, but it’s a powerful addition to combat whatever sticky or slimy mess might be tracked on or fall to the floor. I really appreciate its maneuverability and how ultra quiet it is for such a powerful machine. I never imagined I’d be happy to receive a housecleaning tool, but beyond happy I am 🙂 My floor cleaning time is easily been cut into an eighth of the time!

Great Product, Easy to Use

Love this spin mop. It has saved many lower back strains. The mop just glides along and I don't have to push it only direct where it goes, great design!
