The best cutting boards, plastic or wood, are meant to have cuts in them to protect your knife blades edge. We suggest cleaning your boards after each use with soapy water and then disinfecting the boards with White Vinegar and Water. However, if your boards are well used, perhaps it’s time to purchase new ones. All our plastic cutting boards are BPA free. I have been using these boards for 14 months. Boards are nice but the one i use to cut up meat has places where my knife is cutting through the plastic.

Love these!

Excellent quality and size. Sturdy, and non-skid little pads ln the bottom. I was way overdue on cutting boards and these have been great!
