Very sharp! High quality!

I bought these knives for myself & I’m SO GLAD I DID!! They put my old knives to shame. I was able to slice my cucumbers PAPER thin. You could practically read the newspaper thru them! :) I’ll only buy Henckels from now on. Thank you.
