Ouch

Very disappointed. On the very first use, while dicing food, the back (spine) of the blade sliced my finger. I wasn’t cut by the sharp edge—it was the back of the knife. I’ve never had this happen with any kitchen knife before. The spine should be smooth, not sharp enough to cause an injury. This is a serious safety concern.

Great Set

I really like the size of the smaller knife. It’s easy to control the knife and works great for cutting up potato’s and carrots. My husband likes the big one but I find it a bit too big for myself. So it’s a great him and her set!
