Perfect massager

This neck massager works perfect. It rolls and kneeds your neck and you can move your position around to even get the top of your shoulders. I also like that it's rechargeable, so you can unplug it and use it anywhere. I actually used it while sitting in my recliner and it was great. We are going on a long road trip soon and I think I'm going to take it along to use in the car and in the hotel room. Would highly recommend.

This thing is so awesome!

This unit is truly a life saver for me. I use it from the base of my skull, all the way down to my lower back. It feels great! I would highly recommended using this massager. I love that it is cordless so there are no cords to mess with. Charge time is minimal and run time is more than ample.

Don't waste your money.

I sent this back immediately after opening it. The material covering the massager balls was so thin and flimsy, I had absolutely no doubt that it be ripped to shreds in no time.

Not adjustable

Does not work if your knock is thin. There is no way to adjust it. Had to return it.

Not helpful for my neck issue

I purchased this neck massager, but did not find it helpful: the heat function was inadequate and it did not help my neck pain. I returned it, per the published policy. The item was received 12/22/22, and three weeks later I have had no acknowledgement of receipt, nor a refund as stated. It is impossible to reach the company by phone.
