Not Durable

My wife and I have been using this product for about 8 months and the non-stick coating is already starting to come off the 10" pan. We only use silicone utensils even though Calphalon states it is metal utensil safe and we only hand wash it with a dish rag, never a scrub pad. Overall I think with taking as good of care of it as we have, it should last longer than 8 months before starting to break down.

Great pans

These pans are made well. If you take care of them, they will last a long time. The non stick does not come off.

Great set for any chef

When I first moved, I had my old pots and pans with me and they were already peeling at the bottom. I saw this Calphalon set and bought it to replace my old set. I never realized what I was missing out on until I tried these! I use it for frying to grilling and more. We cook a lot here to save money instead of takeout so these pans get used and abused often, but have held up well!

Work good

I used this pans daily to cook food and they are really non stick im impressed with how good this works safes me alot of time when i was dishes since alot of food doesnt stick
