Proctor Silex Toaster Oven Disappointment

The oven portion of the toaster/oven did not work! I had to call customer service to initiate a credit and return of this non-working appliance. Customer service was very helpful. I am now waiting on my credit to my card and my replacement gift card to come by USPS.

A new toaster that is extra fast.

This is a compact flash toaster. It’s very powerful. You have to get used to it so it’s good!

Very Hot Handle Cheaply Made

The coils heat up pretty quickly and become very hot. That being said, the small handle design and the fact that the lip is so close to the metal bar makes it impossible to open the door without burning yourself. already burned my had twice. There is also no crumb tray and in order to clean out the crumbs you have to turn it over and just unscrew the back panel. Returning the item immediately.

Only seems to toast top side of bread

You have to turn the bread over to brown both sides???
