Perfectly adequate chopper

The Proctor Silex 3.5 cup food chopper performs pretty much exactly the way you would expect it to -- nothing more, nothing less. I have used it a few times to make things like guacamole and salsa, and it has chopped the garlic, onions, and tomatoes perfectly well without turning it into soup, as some choppers will do. I also like that I can use it to chip ice for a slushy. Personally, my favorite attribute of this product is its retractable cord! I love not having the power cord hanging out when I store the device! Overall, this is a no-frills machine that pretty much just does what you would expect from a basic food chopper.
