Great purchase
I've been cooking with Instant Pots the last several years but I wanted to check out the pinnacle of German cookware, so I invested in the Fissler. So far, it has been absolutely excellent, very good design, very intuitive and I have absolutely loved the results. Great feedback on the stews I've been able to make and I'm excited to check out other recipes with it. Best of all, it's not dependent on a built in computer, the manual aspect for me was a huge draw. 10/10

This is my Fifth and Best Pressure Cooker.
This is my fifth pressure cooker and my first Fissler. I bought it because I like pressure cookers and America's Test Kitchen rated it #1. It has many features I like, including the steam releases, the locking lid, and the pressure gauge. I made pot roast over the weekend and it turned out perfectly. I plan to buy another siz, soon. As I said, I like pressure cookers! And I like this one!

it's a game changer
Pressure cookers may not differ all that much in pure functionality or performance—but this one offers something more. There’s a certain emotional quality to it. Cooking with it is genuinely enjoyable, and it makes the whole process feel simple, calm, and satisfying rather than just practical.

1.9 quart skillet
The maintenance of this product is great because it's easy to clean. I liked how their products are in my price point. The design is amazing and it doesn't weigh very much making it convenient. The pressure could have been better but highly recommended to friends and family.

Quiet, powerful and versatile
I bought this set to work with my new induction range since my old pressure cooker was incompatible. My old one worked fine for years (and still works) but WOW, the Fissler opens up new horizons of cooking. It heats up faster, with less hissing and steam spray, and I love the flexibility of the adjustable pressure dial. The trivet and steaming insert have allowed me to try pot-in-pot cooking for the first time and it's now my preferred method for cooking grains and rice. Having a set of two sizes with interchangeable lids has eliminated the need for additional pots and gives me the flexibility to crank up the pressure whenever I'm using them. The whole set is a pleasure to use. This purchase seemed like an expensive indulgence but it's turning into a foundational piece of my kitchen tooling.

Upgraded !
t’s slightly lighter than the 2007 old-model Vitavit that I bought, but the functionality is excellent. With three pressure settings, it allows for a wider variety of cooking, and the results are guaranteed to be delicious.

Fantastisch! Large but not too large. Just right for chicken stock or a bunch of mashed potatoes. Easy to use and very fast cooking times. Love this!
