Damaged Question Mark

I wasn't happy with the London Sip Manual Coffee Grinder. The knob on the handle was loose, I adjusted the grinder to make the coffee more fine. All I got was half beans or whole beans. I tried again after the first test and the same results. I other got a damaged item or it was the floor model where everyone touches to see how it works. I follow the instructions on how to use the London Sip Manual Coffee Grinder to a "T" and nothing.
