Sad for missing parts and scratches

Iron plant stand is or actually could be beautiful. Bolts are missing and connection of 2 of the pieces are not flush. Box was dented amd torn open, which allowed many scratches to the frame, as the product had NO protective packing. I have contacted customer support twice to no avail. I love the looks and sturdiness of the product tho!!
