Don’t buy jewelry from Macy’s website

No certificate of authenticity- just provided a 3 ct diamond necklace in a plastic bag. I contacted Macy’s and no response to my request. Very frustrating experience with a high cost purchase.

Without a smart phone you can also view and print the certificate from IGI.org. If the piece is not certified, you can also go to any Macy’s location to request a Fine Jewelry Purchase Certificate.
