Exactly what I wanted

I had a small nonstick walk in the past, but a house sitter ruined it. I tried carbon steel, but it was too heavy for me. I finally decided to get as close to the old one as possible, and this was my choice. I couldn't be happier. The nonstick is great, the weight is great. The only thing I would suggest is that it could use a lid, but as luck would have it cover of my large stock pot fits exactly.

Perfect Pan!

Love my new pan! I purchased a replacement for my older 10.5" one that I got decades ago. Analon heats up evenly. I still use just a little oil in my cooking, everything cooks up perfectly!

Deep open fry pan.

Easy to use, comfortable handle, nonstick surface, so cleanup is a breeze, and it is easy to stir and toss food because the pan is so deep. Just fabulous!
