Gorgeous and beautifully functional.

I purchased my first piece of Hestan bakeware over the Christmas holiday this year. My daughters, granddaughters and I had our baking day and we used the OvenBond Tri-ply Medium Sheet Pam for the first time. It performed as promised, is easy to maintain, and I am looking forward to adding to my collection. My daughters were equally impressed and have asked to "borrow" it!

Love the Tri-ply medium sheet pan!!!

The Tri-ply Medium Sheet pan is a wonderful addition to my kitchen. I love the stainless steel and am trying to replace more of my cookware. This pan is heavy duty (not too heavy to lift though) and does not warp when I cook with it. I have used it for roasting vegetables and for cooking cookies so far, and love it. Heat seems to be distributed evenly. I think it maybe takes a little longer to heat up, so I have cooked some items a little longer than I used to, but so far I am VERY pleased! I bought the medium size as the bigger size does not fit in my oven.

Perfect size

Superb quality. This medium size is actually perfect to replace many of our "normal" size aluminum pans. Just right for roasting vegetables and baking cookies.
