Who is this hat made for?

Purchased this hat mainly because it is adjustable. The hat is listed under "Men's" selection. That hat seems to be made for a child. Even with the adjustable strap completely opened-the hat doesn't fit my head. Nike should do better. Buy this for a child or if you are a woman.
