I used a friend's paring

I used a friend's paring knife and loved the feel and decided I needed one for smaller tasks such as slicing garlic cloves as well as cutting broccoli. I like the weight and the smaller size and it's balanced just right.

Solid construction, finger cutting anxiety

While the knife itself looks like it will last, there are two things that make it a very uncomfortable knife to use. 1. The blade length is too long for a paring knife. Should be 0. 5 cm shorter imo. 2. The blade starts too close to the handle, making it too easy to cut yourself while washing the knife. Fortunately, I have a grinder, so I fixed it. Also rounded the point a bit. Who needs a needle sharp point on a paring knife?

Amazing little knife!

This little knife does a great job cutting! I use it for almost everything, I am planning to order a second knife from this company it’s worth the money but this time I will get a little larger knife.
