Bad Father’s Day gift Macy’s customer service ques

Broken CARAFE on delivery glass throughout the box unable to even get it back in the box to mail it back to the company. I ordered it from Macy’s. Supposedly they are crediting my account right now. I know I don’t have a coffee maker not happy bad Father’s Day gift.

Stopped Working after 3 months

Was super excited about this coffee/espresso machine. Bought in January stopped working completely in mid April.

I have wanted one of these for a long time

Makes pretty good coffee, after you use install the espresso a few times it gets much easier to use. I'm very disappointed because after only 3 months the carafe started leaking. I'm going to get int ouch with Macy's to see what they say but if they don't send out another carafe, I hope they take the whole thing back at this point. it isn't worth it for me.
