Kind to my lips

I have to be very careful with lipstick. It fits the wrong mixture in the formula with which they make it then it makes my lips peel. This lipstick is very kind to my lips. I won’t buy any other kind. I also like their color selection.

Poor manners and bad customer service

I recently purchase but I decided to return the item and the woman at the counter was not happy with my request. She cancel the order and I asked her as soon as I received the receipt “so my credit card got charge?” and she said and I don’t know and walked away… I think is extremely rude and the worse customer service to dismiss a client like that. Needless to say I won’t be returning to buy anything in this store.
