Love this lipstick, the best! Bought three during the 15 percent promotion, also had them monogrammed with my sisters names for gifts! Purchased at the Northshore Mall in Peabody, Massachusetts. ( monogrammed at no cost!)

My lipstick arrived broke, and their was no option to replace it, only return. Overall, I love all products from Estée Lauder. The color looks amazing.
