What was delivered in the nice packaging in February was not what was supposed to be in the beautiful merchandise package. Someone at Macys opened the estee mayder lipstick box and out in an old free sample or limited time Christmas special with stars molded into the lipstick and it was obviously rouge when I ordered a white skin tone … they required me to go to the nearest store or package up their mistake to add insult to injury. I should’ve been fine with this purchase a week ago. Still waiting for the correction.
