Sent wrong item

I rarely order and the 1 time I do , 3 polo brief boxers they sent me the wrong item . Never something so unorganized. They sent me 3 “Jockey” Boxers inside the polo box , instead of the original polo boxes . Unbelievable. Very disappointed. Doubt I will be ordering online here anymore . Unacceptable Thanks .. And I will be going to the store to return my item and hopefully get what I paid for!!!

Received as used/holes in products

Unfortunately had to return upon opening these. These were advertised as NEW but were worn, appeared to be previously worn, stretched out and two pair had holes in them in the butt section. The texture was also scratchy and rough not the normal softness we all love about RL underwear. So disappointed because I have never encountered such sub par RL products. Extremely bad for you and Ralph Lauren.

Too thin

The material on these shorts is not as thick as the ones I bought several years ago. It is quite a bit thinner than it used to be, or should be.

They stole

I did get that ordered. No one rings the bell my husband was at home he didn’t know the orders arrived on 5.41 . I came on home 6 pm I did not get that on inside of front door . Last night it rejected this order they said is coming on December one . It’s not correct order about day the time .
