Overall, great toothbrush. A cleaning like being at the dentist. The downside is the mess it can make in and around ones sink from the splatter. Be prepared.

Very good but with intensity problem

The toothbrush operates well. I like that it's easy to clean and the power button doesn't get blocked like it used to. The only issue is that the intensity setting sometimes resets itself. You have to keep an eye on it and reset it.

High Price, but Best on the market

I love this toothbrush. I deducted 2 stars for the high price, the durability (my old one broke after 4 years), and lack of repair capability (tried to get the broken one repaired, but Philips said that wasn't possible). With those caveats, I love the way it cleans my teeth. When it's running, I believe it's the best on the market. That's why I keep buying even with the high price.

Excellent toothbrush, app could be better.

I like the toothbrush since it makes my teeth feel cleaner Everytime I brush. I do wish the app showed individual teeth cleaning and not just a portion of my jaw that's cleaned. This way I can see which teeth I'm not cleaning as well. Other than that, great toothbrush.

Better than the dentist

I chose a 4 Star rating because everytime I use it, I feel like I just let the dentist office. The power of the bristles slung my toothpaste across the room. I love the app. The app shoes you where to brush better at. Where you brush to hard, and more. The app can even automatically order you new toothbrush heads. I recommend this toothbrush to everyone.

Love the toothbrush, but the app is inconsistent. The app feedback does not pick up on seemingly the same areas. Very annoying. I bought this new model hoping to solve the same problem with my previous Sonicare. It did not. Years ago, I rarely had this problem. Now, I am shock when it works correctly. Very disappointing considering me upgrading at a considerable cost.
