What a waste of time
So disappointed. The package did not come in the original manufacturer's plastic wrapping. It was obvious that it had been opened before, then put back together and wrapped in a plastic bag. The memory foam was damaged—it looked like it had been cut in several places and placed back together. I honestly don't understand why anyone would ship an item in this condition. Surely you know customers are just going to return it. It creates unnecessary hassle for everyone involved. To make matters worse, we waited 9 days for this package only to receive something that appeared to be previously opened and damaged. Very disappointing. 😞

I bought this topper to replace a gel one that was awful. This one offers great support and comfort. I'm a side sleeper. I have no hip or back pain sleeping on this topper. After trying several different ones, this is by far the most comfortable.

Love this foam mattress topper! I bought it to replace another type that really wasn't that good. The 3" is perfect and forms to you somewhat when you sleep but yet is firm enough so you wake up feeling rested and great!

This mattress set is phenomenal. Last night was the first time I slept on it. Woke up and laid there for a bit. I honestly felt like I was on a cloud. It is so comfortable!

I was concerned when this arrived because when I opened the plain cardboard box the topper & cover were not in another box like you would see if you were buying in a store.. They were separately wrapped in plastic bags in the unmarked box that they were delivered in. I bought this before in a store so I was expecting it to be packaged in the manufactures identifying box. I thought maybe it was a return or used. After opening it seemed to be okay so I'm keeping it but not a good way to deliver in my opinion. Other than that, it is a great product. This is the second one I've owned.

Bad experience/ never got the chance to enjoy it
I never even got the chance to enjoy it. The package I received had clearly been returned by someone else. The mattress topper appeared to have been cut in multiple places, then stuffed back into a large plastic bag. I never even opened it—I returned it immediately. I paid for a new mattress topper, not a damaged, previously returned one. My question is for the packaging department: If you could clearly see the topper had been cut and repackaged, why would you ship it to another customer? It took nearly two weeks to receive it, and then another two weeks to get my refund. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and frustrated. Since you're asking for an honest review, here it is: 0/5 stars. I expected much better quality control and customer service.
