Has NO white tea scent & sticky!

First, has NO scent of the usual wonderful White Tea scent that the other products have. It smells like an odd chemical. It feels smooth & silky but is a bit sticky & does not absorb well. Gave to hubby so he can use on his dry knees & see if it helps. He was ok with it since it did not have a “girly” smell. Would return it but we tried it plus had to. Should have gone into store to sample it but trusted the product.
