Stopped working just past the 2 year warranty. At the cost, I do expect an iron to last longer than this

Does not last very long

I expected a "salon quality" hair tool would last much longer than 3 years. Especially since I'm the only one using it on my own hair. When it works it's great and doesn't pull, so an extra star for that. But right after that warranty expires don't expect much from it.

Hard to use

I found this difficult to get the results I wanted. The settings didn’t work and the only way to turn it off was unplug it. I am sending it back. Very disappointed because I love this brand.

Pulls Hair

I was really excited about this straightener. I always used ghd, but after the 4th one dying on me quickly, I decided to do some research and found this one. It’s very heavy, the hot plates don’t go as far as ghd, and I felt that it was pulling and snagging my hair. I didn’t like it. I have medium hair, it’s not thin, but definitely not thick or coarse. I will be returning this product.

Soft, Polished Waves Without Excessive Heat

I’ve been using the T3 SinglePass on both my natural hair and beginner-friendly glueless wigs, and I’m genuinely impressed with how smooth and soft the results look without needing excessive heat. The temperature feels consistent, the barrel glides easily, and the curls come out polished instead of stiff or overly tight. I especially like that I can create soft bends and movement without making the hair look overstyled. It also leaves the hair looking shiny and healthy instead of dry. For shorter bob styles and shoulder-length looks, it gives a very effortless finish. The learning curve was minimal, and I can tell this will be one of my staple styling tools going forward.

Not worth the money

I received the flat iron as a gift. Every time I use it, it sounds and feels like it's pulling my hair. So much so that I thought I left some sort of protective sticker on it that needed to be removed prior to use. (it doesn't come with protective stickers) It does not put through my hair smoothly and I do not have course hair. For the money, I do not recommend this product.
