Not bad

It’s nice, I like the color a lot! I wasn’t able to get one of the screws in, the alignment is slightly off! It’s kinda small. But still nice for a small area. Get a pillow for your back too, kinda hard, like most wicker furniture can be

Not as described

Very disappointed product was definitely not as described. I was sent a totally different product. To return it is too much of a hassle. The box is extremely heavy and I have a problem with macys online products being not as described. Macys sends you what they want to send you. Poor service

Material will not hold up on this chair.

Out the box the chair basket Weave seems to be breaking apart from the bottom legs. Appears to be dry rotting.

When I read previous reviews, I considered returning item. Chairs are indeed short in height! A tall might have to stretch out their legs to be comfortable! I decided to keep for my grandchildren to have their own seating. I’m surprised that Macy’s would sell this product!

I did read the reviews they was true the furniture is of children size chairs not for normal height adults nor the weight to hold you..nice rattan material the measurements is completely off… returning

I wouldn’t recommend

The set was extra small I mean, like it was made for children. The padding in the chair was very thin, not good quality.

Nice but damaged

Upon receiving my patio set, I found one chair to be damaged. Unfortunately, efforts to reach Macy's and the supplier yielded no assistance. I am disappointed in Macy's, as they typically offer high-quality products.
