Too firm

The pillow is cool but was uncomfortable. It doesn't let your head sink in enough. I gave it two nights and passed it along to my 18 year old son. He did not like it either.

Firm but no cooling

Not cooling at all. I find myself flipping it multiple times at night trying to find the "Cooling effect". I don't recommend buying it. Not worth the price.
