Disappointed purchase
Purchased online when I went to the store to pick up my order they acted like it was ready yet. Once I got home my husband noticed it looked worn already and smelled like men’s cologne. Called Macy’s to see If they could exchange it for a new one and was told it’s brand new not used. It was clearly a returned Polo shirt because it was wrinkled and smelt like it was worn the night before. Never been this frustrated about shopping for online clothes. My husband loves Polo one of his favorite brands but this left a bad taste.
