Item Never Arrived in Store

It has not arrived at the Mall of America as promised, and I have gotten the biggest runaround and misinformation from the two calls I have placed for assistance. Appalling customer service!

The watch battery didn't work twice.

I bought this originally as a Christmas gift and it didn't turn on when we opened it. So I returned it and bought it again for more money than I paid the first time, and the second one still didn't work. If I want it to work, then I'll have to pay more money to get the battery replaced.
