The base is broken . I cannot use the umbrella and the manufacturer has not gotten back to me

Costway 15ft umbrella

I was extremely disappointed with this Costway 15-foot umbrella. It arrived in a box containing what seemed like a thousand loose, unassembled pieces. The canopy fabric wasn't even attached to the frame, requiring extensive assembly from start to finish. The package weighed over 75 pounds, making it extremely difficult to move. Unless you're a trained technician or very experienced with assembling large products, putting this umbrella together is incredibly challenging and frustrating. To make matters worse, if you decide to return it, imagine the struggle of lifting and transporting a 75-pound box back to the shipping company. This product was far more work than expected, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-assemble patio umbrella.

Too big and I was unable to return, given a $12 credit for compensation, as I am 77 and could not transport the umbrella to ups!

Not the best

I bought this two weeks ago. The base is really cheap… I thought the umbrella would be better quality. Honestly, it isn't; I can't return it because it already has two holes in it.

All stiches are ciming off right out of the box

My husband was disappointed as he was unpacking this and asked me to return it. The stiching started to come apart in several places in the assembly. I think I will sew them together and keep this but skeptical about hiw long this will last.

Works ok, does not stand straight up, leans over

We have had this for about 2 weeks now. We cannot get it to stand straight up, it leans and concerns me it will fall over or break. Have tried everything to make it stand straight up.
