DO NOT PURCHASE

Absolutely terrible experience - I have waited over 20 days for this item with no update on when it will be shipped out. When I purchased the item it said it would arrive within ONE week, not over a month. Customer service is terrible too. No one knows who to contact or how to find an update on the order.
