Never received it

I've already called customer service and they said this would be fixed but still no communication or confirmation of my order. It's been a few weeks since my Black Friday purchase and I still dont have the product. Not sure what to do but I guess I'll cancel this order

Watch overall 10-10 wrapping and shipping 3-10
