Arrived Broken

JUST like the other 1 star reviewer, I tried to adjust the time and the mechanism wouldn't pull out and was broken. I am wondering if he returned it and Stuhrling just sent me his broken watch!!

Crown Stuck

I received this watch by mail, and when I tried to adjust the time, the crown was stuck. I attempted to contact Stuhrling’s customer service and spent nearly an hour on the phone, but the system kept looping, “press 1 for customer service”, without connecting me to anyone. I even sent them an email, no response. I will return the watch and I won’t buy this brand again.
