A Good Compost Bin

Is this a good compost bin? We don't know. We ordered it on Augus 29 and it was SUPPOSED to arrive in 6-8 business days. It is September 29 and we haven't received it. The "track package" has been "in transit" for a couple of weeks. It indicates an estimated delivery date of September 19--missed that. Maybe this will be the best compost bin ever created, but first we have to RECEIVE it to determine that.
