Calvin Klein Garnnet medium satchel
Very disappointed, expected better from Macy's, order on September .25 recieved October 7. When recieved the bag did not even say Calvin Klein just plan bag. I talked to Macy 's c ustomer service via their chat. Advised of this an that the zipper was already not wanting to zip each time an afraid would break an wanted to exchange. Advised that was not possible as not replenishing only thing I could do is return it. However on Macy's web site the purse is still available to purchase. Other than the zip an looking like I could purchase anywhere, but I was paying for the name on the bag I was offered 10% discount which I took as that is only bag I have. Like I said I am very disappointed as their return policy does not state that.

Loving the color, the design, and overall quality of my new bag! The price was the first reason I chose it. It was marked down dramatically! I love the finish, and outside pockets and very glad I purchased it! It seems very durable so it will last me a while!

I love the purse a little larger than I thought, also from the photo on the website thought it was canvas and vinyl. All vinyl, a little disappointed.
