I bought this a couple of weeks ago and have just unpacked it. I am amazed by the design, the accessories and of course the "Neat" ...ness of the product !! It is so well designed and the build quality for the price is amazing ! So easy to use !

Hize la compra y me descontaron el dinero de mi cuenta al día de hoy no aparece como enviado y no sale el tracking number para hacer seguimiento prometieron enviarlo el lunes y aún no aparece que haya sido enviado. A parte les escribes un correo y te dicen que revisa si tu producto es de un lote defectuoso como vas a saberlo sin siquiera recibirlo además ellos deben enviarte uno que no sea de ese lote ellos son los que saben

Ehhhh, not my favorite...
I have had this steamer for about a year now, and I'm not convinced I love it. The microfiber cleaning pads are almost too smooth to be able to scrub tile floors once it's gotten really wet, which then leaves the floor really wet. They seem made more to clean wood flooring. The machine itself definitely gets hot which I appreciate, but given that I purchased it to replace a Bissell floor cleaner, if I can't scrub the floor, it's not really worth it to me. I do like the accessories for cleaning other things, coupled with the high heat, it definitely gets the job done. But given it's cost and the fact that I can't scrub my floors the way I'd like too, this is just not a great purchase for me. Dupry, please make some floor pads that have a little more grit to them to scrub tile floors!

You’re absolutely right that the microfiber pads included with this model are designed to glide smoothly on surfaces. The floor tool on the Neat uses a hook-and-loop (Velcro) system to allow for easy pad attachment and better overall mopping coverage. For customers looking for more scrubbing power on tile or grout, some of our other steam cleaners feature a floor tool that is designed with integrated bristles, where pads clip in place. This combination allows for more agitation while cleaning. In addition, beyond the small nylon brushes, we also offer larger brushes that can be attached directly to the lance, which can be very effective for scrubbing larger surface areas like tile floors. That said, we completely understand your suggestion for more textured or abrasive pads, and we’ll be sure to pass this along to our product team as it’s valuable feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve been enjoying the machine’s heat performance and versatility with accessories, and we truly appreciate your input as it helps us continue to improve.

Perfect steam cleaner
This steam cleaner is awesome. It works better than the dedicated steam mop we purchased from another brand. We especially love how we can clean our kitchen and bathroom cabinets with the attachments. Another thing we love is how long the tube is, allowing us flexibility to steam clean without needing to constantly unplug/plug the cleaner in.

Waste of money
I am not impressed with the dupray meat stream cleaner. I tried it on my air fryer/ oven. It took absolutely nothing off of it. So I tried it on the great glass doors and it did absolutely nothing again. I was so excited to use this and now I'm full of disappointment. If i could have treated this a zero I would have but I have it a1. All I did was waste my money. I would not recommend this product for anyone.

Ok..
Works fine but some annoyances. -Plastic handle can get real hot the longer its on and not being used, -Nowhere to see water level -Spits water out when pulling the trigger every time for like 2 seconds. -Wrapping up the cord on the very bottom is a horrible design and extremely awkward to hold the thing above head and wrap it around, easy to come undone too. Should have been a hook attachment on the back like the TOSCA. Overall its just ok and the user experience could be greatly improved. If you got the money, get the TOSCA, better in every way from what im seeing.

The points you raised about the handle heating up, the lack of a visible water level, the initial water spitting, and the cord storage design are all valid usability concerns, and I can absolutely understand how these would affect your experience While the handle may become warm during use, it should not get hot. If the handle becomes hot, there may be an issue with one of the components inside it. Because steam cleaners are pressurized devices, it is unfortunately not possible to include a visual water level gauge. That said, some of our other machines do feature a low-water indicator to signal when the water inside the unit is running low. As for the cord storage, the unit’s compact design is the reason the cord wraps around the bottom. However, I completely understand how awkward that can be in practice. One thing that may help is laying the machine on its side while wrapping the cord, as this can make the process a bit easier. You are also correct about the initial squirt of water when using the machine again after it has been sitting. This is normal and happens because the steam trapped in the hose condenses back into water. A quick spray into a sink or cloth before use should resolve the issue. The Tosca is definitely a great investment, especially if you clean a lot of grout or have a larger home. Thanks to its higher temperature and pressure, it can help reduce cleaning time and offers a more premium overall experience.
