My Chefman Experience

I loved my first Chefman Kettle; but when it stopped working after only five and a half months I was very disappointed. Then I contacted Chefman about the kettle and they assured me they would take care of the problem. It took several weeks, but they ended up sending me a brand new kettle; the same model as the one I had. I am very happy that they honored their warranty and am thrilled to have a new kettle that I love. Thank you.
