Really Classy Trash Can

I bought this trash can after searching for weeks for one that would fit properly in my kitchen. I am so glad I found this!! The shape is actually oval and goes flat up against the wall. The mechanism works perfectly and will keep out my very sweet, but always ravenous puppy dog. And I love the color!! I plan to buy a matching can for the recycling as soon as possible! Thank you for taking time to design a lovely item that I use every day!

Perfect bin

We bought this to replace a similar Brabantia bin that we had for over 20 years until the lock broke. I wish it were less expensive but if this lasts as long as the previous one it will be worth it.

Kitchen bin

Had our last Brabantia in our weekend house for 25 years and nothing went wrong with it - a great purchase! We only bought this one because the lid catch broke and, although we could’ve bought a new lid, there were marks on the stainless steel vase which we couldn’t remove and thought a new lid would look quite different and shinier - also we’d just moved house and our new kitchen is mostly cream so a good excuse for a new bin! However, I would say that there is more of a grey tinge to the soft beige colour than I’d expected - it’s ok for us as it’s out of the way but isn’t ‘cream’ - it’s definitely not a ‘soft’ beige - just something to bear in mind.
