Omelette slid right out

Only used once so far but my omelette slid right out. I was specifically looking for a ceramic coated pan with aluminum encased in stainless steel for the safest nonstick option. Took longer to cook than in my old T-Fal pans (which are not healthy to use). I have a glass top electric stove. I think these would heat quicker on a gas stove. I tried cooking omelettes on plain stainless steel but just couldn’t make it work. These Green Pans will primarily be use for eggs as I use stainless steel for everything else.
