Was delivered USED

Just got my delivery. And underneath the vaccine seal my husband and I were both looking and there’s a stain. We open it and it looks like a food stain. Disgusting. They sent me a used mattress pad. Macys quality control is embarrassing. So disgusting. Boxed it back up and won’t be ordering from Macys ever again.

Wrong item sent again

I bought a Tempur-Pedic mattress pad cover but I was sent an alert ease brand! This is not the first time Macy's online orders have screwed up my order! Now I have to go and return this rebuy the item and hopefully get the one I ordered! If they mess up again I'm DONE with Macy's! I will NOT shop Macy's if they mess up again

Not as plush as pictured

The mattress pad does provide a little bit of cushioning but it's pretty thin and not as plush as pictured. It has two bands on each corner to ensure that it stays secure though.
