Needs adjustable strap

I love this purse..I was very disappointed i could not adjust the strap to a shorter hand carry length..the strap is heavy and stiff

Material Texture & Strap

Stiffer material than I thought it would be. Crossbody Strap length strictly made for a person with a long/ taller torso. Exterior wallet may to be useful for ID, cards, etc..
