It Works!

By what sorcery does this thing work?

I am amazed. I bought this as I've always wanted to try these containers. As a lark, I threw in some old, positively fossilized brown sugar just to see what it could do. The old brown sugar was "revived" with one water charge of the terra cotta puck, and just about in 3 days.
