Package or refund not received

If I change zero stars, I would have given it. I never received the package but tracking shows delivered. I have been trying to contact macys and the seller for the past two weeks to get a refund. Macys keeps saying they sent a message to the seller and need to wait 5 days for them to respond back. One of the customer service person even said I haven’t returned my product and Hence did not receive refund. How can I return my product that I never received? Such a horrible customer service. I am not sure if I will ever get my money back. DON’T BUY from Macys marketplace and save your precious time chasing for YOUR money!!!!

Nice look

The quality for this price is amazing. I do wish the umbrella was a little taller and the canopy was bigger. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Get this set

Very impressive set. I thought it was gonna be junk. But I was wrong. Great value ...still can't figure out how they made money. Better than I have seen in more expensive sets.

Looks just like the photo

Overall I think it's a pretty awesome product for the price! Very easy to set up came with everything you needed except a screwdriver (which most people have at home) took my husband and I less than 20 minutes to assemble. We have a small patio so the size is perfect for us and the seats are comfortable and good size as well! Overall for the price and look I think works perfectly for us!

Excellent Set

Quite easy to put together, and very well designed. Packaging provided excellent protection. It has a larger gauge to make it sturdy. Arms are very comfortable, the chairs are also comfortable.

Delighted with bistro set. Seems sturdy nice high back chairs, good colour. Looking forward to enjoying it on decking this summer. Not impressed with Yodel couldn't find property on first attempt had to deliver next day.
